jiujitsufigher7 - Just quickly went through the IRA website.

With regard to performers (e.g. athletes, musicians, actors) the tax withheld is reported in form 1099-MISC http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1099msc.pdf

Foreign fighters will get form 1042-S

So after you're educated on the subject yesterday and claim UFC fighters are employees, you come onto this thread and so matter of factly state again...

The UFC has also filed form W2 with the IRS, and the IRS by looking at those forms is probably very happy that Nick Diaz has not filed his taxes because he now has lost all refunds except for the last three years which he can still claim.

Then on this post you decide to do some research and finally admit that , by filing a form 1099, that they are independent contractors?

Why are you so insistent on spewing bs when you clearly have no idea what you are talking about?  Will you now admit you were wrong?

Jjf you are now contradicting what you said in the thread on this topic from the other day. C'mon guy get your story straight. Or admit you were wrong. And no more keyboard tuf guy shit no 1 wants to hear that.

at 2:39 of this video from October 5, 2010 Nick says he doesnt make much money. That he spends it on food and he worries about taxes and then watches his money get sucked away

im guessing he said that tax thing in jest.
