I love your advice and articles. I'm a sailor in the US Navy and am looking for a program to start after our current prt is done. Right now I'm 5'9" 205lbs and roughly 21% body fat by our neck/waist measurements. I've done quite a bit of strength training in the past but would like a new program to help me ace my next prt. My diet will be a bit restricted because I'll be on deployment for 9 months. We have several gyms on my ship but have very little besides free weights and basic cardio equipment, no squat rack or machines. Any help or advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.
