Someone asked me how to deal with the bush league, Dim Mak wanna be, pressure point bull**** strategy of grinding the elbows into the inner thighs to open your closed guard.

I do this pass. Not exactly as shown in the vid, with good posture and one leg up. It works, works in comps and everybody in the gym at all levels does it. Its not my only option, but its the first tech. to open closed guard white belts are taught. Never knew there was hate for it.
