Also, TRT allows older guys to train harder, put in longer days, and recover/heal faster. All 3 of these factors can definitely help Vitor perfect his striking.

Tiresias

I repeat:

if you knew how to strike you would understand.

No amount of TRT in or out of someone's body will change the outcome of a strike. A Perfectly thrown strike don't need no TRT! TRT won't make it harder. Since it is perfectly thrown, that is all that matters in a strike.

I understand where you are coming from. Believe me! I thought like you before!

until I understood how to Strike. Extra power can most of the time hinder your strikes!

It sounds counterintuitive I know! Everything you believe about striking, i am certain I used to believe that too...

Like Dana has said TRT makes you feel like superman when you are on it and Louis Lane when you are not.

There is no way Louis Lane could have had the confidence to throw that spinning kick.

Vitor knows what's up, that's why he's refusing to speak about it... Vegas knows what's up, that's why they refuse to licence him. Phone Post 3.0

Actually he said that about roids. He was probably cycling a nice stack.

1) not necessarily, some people train as much or more, without TRT.

2) That's where you are wrong again, because you don't Understand striking.

Take Victor fighting Rockhold, he throws the same kick, same speed, same weight, same timing but this time his musculature is of less quality, maybe more fat!

I assure the strike would have the same effect.

because:

1/2 mass X speed squared

That is why awesome strikers come in all shapes and sizes.

"Only someone jacked on TRT roids would ever be able to train to throw a kick like that, or ever be fast and confident enough to pull it off in a fight!!1!"

TRT still makes you faster and stronger. Also helps you in training. If Vitor was not on the TRT plan there'd be no issue but he is and so there'll always be an asterisk next to his recent wins.

Brother, because you do not know how to strike:

You see power as a means

I see power as a result (1/2 mass X speed squared)!

Therefore what counts is:

To move as much mass as possible as quickly as possible. The output of this is Powerful!!!!

And I assure you doing this well has nothing to do with power, it is all coordination, relaxation and timing within oneself. The feeling is so subtle it is almost magical. As soon as you use muscle power your strike will use purity exponantially!

I'm done explaining!

You suppose, make assumptions, base what you say on what many people say...etc.

I experience it everyday!!! And no TRT will make my striking better, practicing perfectly will!

Good luck to your striking abilities.

"Better-developed muscles can mean more speed, which means more power"

No I disagree!!!!

You don't see what I mean because you have never experienced it...Plain and simple!

The fact that you don't know doesn't mean others don't!

Is anyone who disagrees with you an idiot or stupid?

You have not experienced what a well thrown strike feels like!

I know you are not efficient in your striking otherwise what I'm saying would be obvious for you to understand.

You only do reasoning I do practicing!

I can't process when someone who never swam in the ocean tries to tell me that the ocean is dry.

I have just cited to you: " Better developed muscle can mean more speed"

I disagree with you! Am I not entitled to have my opinions?

The speed I use in my striking has nothing to do with muscles being well developed or not!

Dude got popped for roids, and now he's on TRT. I don't see how this is even a debate.

That being said, that spinning kick KO was awesome. But it was also awesome when Barboza, Hall, and countless regional fighters landed it, and they all did it without being a known roider who is being given a pass for it in every way.

One first paragraph to tell me that I can't judge your striking abilities yet you recognize that you are not an expert in the next one.

Your opinion is just that an opinion, which to me has no value since you just recognized that you are not an expert.

You compare striking in fighting with baseball and 100m races, again they each have specificities. You are comparing apples to oranges.

I agree that TRT and co help for recovery. But they still don't make you a good striker. You talk about speed being maxed out at some point despite muscle improvement. What if there were ways to reach that maxed out speed despite a non developed musculature? It would just be:

1/2 mass X speed squared

Whether i have a well developed musculature or not.
