Hey fellas, just wondering if anybody can point me towards any sprint programs or ideas to tie into my training??? I normally do sprints leading up to a fight once a week as part of my conditioning. I usually do a mix of shuttles ending in a 50 metre sprint or 100 metre sprints with a longer rest period. Any feedback would be appreciated as I'm inbetween fights ATM and looking for some new ideas

I think Joel Jamieson has sprint work in his four week conditioning program. Check out the thread "Improving cardio".
Taku's intervals are also quite popular and many have used and had good results with them.
