I have been working out about a month and I have seen some good results in my arms and chest. My problem is that I have a gut. I want to lose the guy but keep gaining muscle mass. Is this possible? If so, what advice would you give? Phone Post 3.0

I work out 5x a week for about 45 min. I do no cardio except softball game about 1x a week. Phone Post 3.0
