I have been working out about a month and I have seen some good results in my arms and chest. My problem is that I have a gut. I want to lose the guy but keep gaining muscle mass. Is this possible? If so, what advice would you give? Phone Post 3.0

Lose the gut through diet, then work on building mass. Phone Post 3.0

I would find your TDEE, eat a slight surplus on workout days and a slight deficit on rest days. Do some light cardio and eat clean as much as you can.

Take some measurements so you can see where loss is happening, dont focus on scale weight too much. Work on getting stronger. Realize it will take time. Good luck.
