Surprised to see how different cain and junior's deals are. Their success has mirrored each other yet cain's getting a base rate that more than triples junior's. Obviously ppv points are in there but still.

Is Cain really that big of a draw? Phone Post 3.0

Because Cain is champ.

At 155 JDS made 400k and Cain was on a 100/100 contract.

So Cain won the belt and got a new deal, 400k and PPV points and JDS went back to a non champ salary of 120/120.

That's my point. Where's this demand? They keep saying its a huge market yet they just had their lowest gate ever for a memorial day weekend. And Cain hasn't exactly proven himself a ppv draw yet either. Phone Post 3.0

I was just thinking the same thing. I have a feeling he's getting cut after his next loss.

Also, Te Huna has a better deal than Glover? Sheeeeiit, it looks like a lot of fighters have a better deal than Glover.

Is that really what happened? I know contracts have escalators in them but I didn't know pay could regress as well throughout the contract. Phone Post 3.0

Y would Stevens get cut after next loss? Dana likes him, not on a losing streak, n was his debut at 145 prolly why not on main card....he has good fan following, always brings it Phone Post 3.0

Because he only has a few UFC fights, he signed a regular deal.

He started at 15/15 for 146
probably made 20/20 at 153
22/22 for Page fight
24/24 this fight
28/28 next fight
30/30 next fight

Probably has a 6 fight deal and then he can get a new contract.

They dont say oh you had two UFC fights and then you beat Page so here is a huge new contract.

Attendance around 11k. That is bad for MGM Grand arena, which holds 15K+. Is it the crap economy or fight card?

Its weird because the UFC pays so much more than they disclose quite often. I wonder why they don't want us to know the exact amount?

Also CRAZY initial contract for a 10-6 KJ Noons to be getting paid, wow.

Maybe the UFC helped get his visa stuff sorted out so he could fight for them finally?

Fuck I hope Halloway is getting a big fat "back room" bonus. 14K is crap for a fight of that ferocity.

Very happy Hunt made 6 figures for this fight, especially since he didn't have any sponsors. I hope he also got some PPV points as well (looks like he might've because there was no possibility of a win bonus).

Funny how Colton Smith has a better contract than Khabib Nurmagomedov. Goes to show that the winners of TUF get good UFC contracts.

What's great is how Adrien Broner makes more per fight than the entire card and people are talking about Stephens makes too much. Just don't get it. First they need paid more now they need paid less. Overall a dick head boxer with little name recognition outside of boxing circles is making more than the whole card. Phone Post 3.0
