Used Seiko Frankenmonster - $200

On rubber, but usually sells with stainless steel bracelet. I recommend super engineer bracelet or nato.

Less than $200 for Automatics and Skeleton watches

These are Chinese movements, not Swiss.

Anybody check out the Pebble yet?

The wife and I stopped by Best Buy to check it out, but they hadn't stocked it yet...

Retail is $149. Doubt there's a discount on it, I think it's just on their website and Best Buy.. Phone Post 3.0

Please list a specific watch, that has verified quality and good reviews. Good luck finding a skeleton Stuhrling that fits those criteria. lol

You saw a sale. Pebble Watches don't fit this thread. They cost $250 before tax.

MUDNAMES: Post a link specific watch photo, not an entire webpage. I'm not your butler homies. lol

You sure? I think the $250 ones are resales of early adopters?

Sure enough. Can't say why it's so cheap at Bestbuy. Not my thing, so I can't dig too deep on this one. IN.

I own a few watches, some 5k, and Orient has always been a fave. My father has one from the ussr probably from the late 70s and still runs like new. Aside from the Michael Schumacher formula one omega I got him, he won't wear anything else

Get their expensive timepieces, stay away from their affordable ones.

Edit: I guess I say more. The $500 and below watches seem cheap and faddish. I can't imagine any would retain their resale value and I see absolutely no, and I mean NO, trading or reselling of Briel watches at all. So either people really hold onto them or they have no appeal in english speaking countries. I couldn't say. But, I don't like their affordable watches. They look rushed.

Vostok makes solid watches, dirt cheap. Remind of this little diddy:

HTM Janata - $50-60
