Hard to judge, but I'll give it a shot.

Edit: I'm not reading well today.  My vote is for Phil Davis.

One of > Phil Davis, Cole Konrad, Joe Warren, Ben Askren

Three of those guys haven't fought in the UFC. Great wrestlers though. Phone Post

Define "best college wrestler"

Are we talking about the guy in MMA who was the greatest at wrestling in college? Or are we talking about a college wrestler who adapted his wrestling for MMA better than all others? Phone Post 3.0

Marcus LeVesseur

As a college wrestler, LeVesseur was undefeated and untied, with a record of 155–0. He won four NCAA Division III individual national titles, and was a member of two teams that won national championships. Since his last loss in high school competition LeVesseur compiled an amateur wrestling record of 296–0 through his senior year at Augsburg. He is only the second college wrestler ever to finish his career unbeaten and untied, with a 155–0 career record (Cael Sanderson was the first with a 159–0 record). This applies ONLY to four year eligible wrestlers. Yojiro Uetake from Oklahoma State University finished his career unbeaten in College and Olympic competition.(winning his first Olympic Gold before his Junior year) LeVesseur ended his high school wrestling career 141 match unbeaten streak, which when combined with his unbeaten college career was 296–0. In high school LeVesseur defeated future Olympian Ben Askren 13–4 in the title match of the Bi-State Tournament in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Askren would later become a two-time runner-up and a two-time champion in Division I, as well as the Bellator Fighting Championships welterweight champion.

He went 1-2 before being cut from the UFC.

randleman, he won 2 national titles and didn't compete his senior year where he would have been the fav to take 3 in a row.

Rosholt. I wrestled him in Highschool and he was an animal. Anything that isn't division one doesn't really count as far as record or accomplishments. It's a HUGE step up to division one. Phone Post 3.0

I know a lot of people are going to crap on this answer, but Brock Lesnar is going to rank pretty high up on this list.
