Lesnar had punk in a kimura

Lesnar pulls guard but Punk manages to pass to half guard,

Punk stepped over and went for an armbar

brock locked his arms together and stacked punk

Punk locked up a triangle choke

Brock rampage slammed him to get out

I think that is great that BJJ and Judo are being more ingrained in every day American culture.

Considering Brock is a former UFC champ and Punk trains Jiu Jitsu on the regular, this isn't a huge surprise.

Stop being an insecure fan. As long as jiu jitsu is getting exposed to more people then what is the problem? Phone Post

This really could have been the difference-maker.

6 months side-step training, no can defend.

the crowd was on fire the entire match, they actually were going crazy when Punk locked up the armbar then the triangle

and they went even crazier when Brock picked him up and slammed him

part of their standard match.... but they had an entire bjj sequence

im sure it was something they planned to do

seeing as how CM Punk trains under rener gracie and Brock obviously spent 6 years training bjj under rodrigo medeiros, 7x world champ black belt

It's pretty cool to get kids and average crowds into BJJ regardless of being real or not. 10 year ago if they did something like that in wrestling nobody would have known what was going on, let alone cheered for it. Wrestling is capitalizing on MMA but they are also bringing new fans to it at the same time. Phone Post 3.0
