I'd assume the first was John Will and then Peter De Been, but who rounds out the top 10?

1) John Will 1997
2) Peter De Been 1999
3) ?? Phone Post 3.0

I am unsure of the ones that John Will graded, but I know of these five (for an obvious reason, I am #5).

1. John Will - Rigan Machado
2. John Donehue - Rigan Machado
3. Peter de Been - Carlinhos
4. Anthony Perosh - Carlos Machado
5. Rodney Ellis (me) - Andre Pederneiras

Notes:

I'm not sure about the correct order of 2 & 3, I think JD was before PdB but not 100% sure.
And I think Luke Beston was just after me, graded by Bruno Panno.

And like I said, there were others in there graded by John Will, Elvis for example. Not sure who or how many.

kosmo77 - Habby got his in 2009 I think (I was there). He was the same time as Larry Papadopoulos, Cris Brown, and Bernie Jenkins, all from John Donehue

Yeah Richard Norton is listed as a 4th degree black belt under JJ Machado... Can't find an exact date of when he got his black belt but 4th degree would put him right up there with John Will as the earliest Aussie BB. Phone Post 3.0

This is John Simon.
I got my black belt in August 2003, about a month after Anthony Perosh.

I'm pretty sure that I got my black belt before Bonello.
