I think he can. With JDS out of the picture I think Barnett can be the next to give Cain a real challenge. If Cain and Barnett win their next fights this will be the fight to make imo. Phone Post

no way, he got ragdolled by Cormier.  Cain pretty much fight the same way.

Only one way, out brawl him. Barnett's chin is legendary, Cain's is not. Barnett has to get Cain into a slugfest in the open.

Barnett can beat anyone on any given day, if he's in good shape and his confidence is up then he's always a chance. Phone Post

No. Barnett has looked tubby and slow recently. I don't understand the fuss about Barnett, he has been popped so many times it's amazing that he even has a contract.

If not Barnett, who should be next for Cain after Werdum assuming he wins that one?

I used to think Overeem would be a good challenge, but he could probably not survive a minute with either Cain or Junior. Phone Post

Of course he could but would be hard...

Better way to ask is: what would the odds be? I'd put him at 700 Phone Post 3.0

It's definitely possible but chances are he will get it worse than what Cormier gave it to him. Phone Post

Barnett gives him a proper fight because he is great on his feet and on his back also he loves a scrap which is good from a fans point of view

I think he definitely could but I wouldn't bet on it at even odds. Jds/werdum/Barnett need to combine Phone Post 3.0
