Honestly, I've seen Shogun live a few times, and, well, he has a lot of fat to lose, especially when he doesn't have a fight scheduled... he doesn't even look really muscular while not fighting.

If he did some diet, he could easily make 185 lbs, and even add some muscle mass to him...

I want this guy to get a cushy job on a sports show in Brazil.

He has NOTHING to prove to anyone..

What a beast, and a humble man, and a great character for people to follow should they want to be an MMA fighter in the future.

There's not too many guys I feel sad about when they get brutal beatings, but this is one.

It's close to curtains for this guy, I don't want to see him get pugilist dementia.
