I'm just starting to get into lifting for exercise. I'm still weak as hell, but I'm moving up.

Pressed... Overhead pressed? Bench pressed? Leg pressed?

Because two of those would be quite impressive. Phone Post 3.0

Probably not lol. But I'm so used to hearing overhead press referred to as just "press" that I had to ask. Phone Post 3.0

Just over 2 years @ 5-6 days a week. Rarely miss more than 2 days in a row. Missed 4 days over the summer for vacation, but vacation was paddling the Delaware river for 36 miles. Started lifting on and off when I was 26, I'm 36 now. Lost and gained lots of weight over the years and am currently down 140 lbs. Went from roughly a 55 to 36 size pant. It's tough to gauge how much fat loss vs muscle gained. I focused mostly on cardio until the past couple years. M-legs T-arms W-chest T-back F-shoulders S-float day for now. I always switch things up Phone Post 3.0

From a 55 to a 36? That's a lot of weight lost! Good work! Phone Post 3.0

I swear, if I can get the weight up once, it will go up a second time. Guaranteed. I don't understand it. Last night I had 340 on the bar for my last set of deadlift. The routine calls for 1 rep on the last set. I very nearly couldn't get it off the ground, and I'll be god damned if I didn't pull it three more times after that.

So in twelve weeks time I went from a 265 one rep max to pulling 340 for four reps last night. Yeah, I like this program. Phone Post 3.0
