Machida just lost to Phil Davis a few fights ago. If you don't think Weidman is the favorite, then you are uneducated.

In my opinion I see machida hitting Chris a lot while standing, thenMachida getting put against the cage and gnp'd for the round. I see this happening the entire fight with a few escapes by Machida. I say Weidman 49-46, or winning by sub later in the fight. If machida wins, it would be a stand up battle with Machida either winning a lackluster decision or a badass KO. Phone Post 3.0

What is? Or is that just another question you can't answer as you contiue to talk out of your ass?

It makes to sense to want to know how a fight goes (how the match up plays out) no?

AS lost to Weidman due to reasons based on the match up. This is a different one. = Your MMA math ain't worth crap Albert.

I see Chris catching Machida by perfectly timing that leaping straight punch Machida likes to throw. Machida crumples to the campus and gets savagely KOd. Similar to what Chris did to Munoz and what shogun already did to Machida.

Either that our he ragdolls him to the canvas and punches and elbows a hole in his face.

I like Machida. I've liked him since before it was cool to like him when everyone hated him. But this is Weidman's coming out party. After this fight people will stop doubting him and everyone will jump on the bandwagon and pretend like they were his biggest fan the whole time. Phone Post 3.0

As stated Machida had a lot of close fights. Most think he beat Davis.

So your saying Chris will TD Machida consistantly? Who has done this ever? Or did you mean he'll just  pin Machida only consistantly? Who has done that?

Pretty much the whole post.

For example the idea that if someone doesn't offer a reason for their opinion then it's invalid. Retarded.

Or the idea that you could possibly put forth every chance Chris has in this fight. Retarded. Phone Post 3.0

Yes Chris' timing is great no question.

If Chris is great enough he may be able to land that while Machida comes in to counter. I think JBJ hit him with such a shot prior to the sub. I would not bet on it though.

Chris will be able to take him down because he can mix his striking well with his takedowns. Machida had been good at avoiding takedowns when guys are too afraid to engage him on the feet. Chris will not be afraid and will be getting the better of the boxing. Machida will be on the defensive once he feels Weidman's power and that's when the takedowns will come. Phone Post 3.0

There is no merit in the MMA math in the thread; therefore, if someone tries to just use it (as used here) the opinion is of no value IMO. Fights are are about match ups. Fans have a clue or no.

There is valid MMA math yes, but there has been none used here.

I don't think so, posters have said lots of ways they think Chris may win. I think it's a long shot. I think your post on what you see (not the td's) is possible and indeed has more merit then most posts in fairness. TY

Actually I changed my mind. Chris wins after he checks a kick and shatters Machida's leg. Phone Post 3.0

Worst case scenario. Chris chases Machida around the ring all night in a point scoring match with maybe 19 significant strikes the whole fight. Who wins? Who cares? Phone Post 3.0

So you saw the fight with Hendo then? "Without the passivity rule being called against him", Machida will fight as such IMO. He is dictating the fight in that case IMO. Posters will have a cow if he wins a close decision that way and you know it. I think I'll have to ante up at 2-1 here.

I don't remember the Henderson fight being that bad but I haven't watched it in a while. The thing is with the threat of that h bomb there's always a bit of tension to keep things interesting. In the Mousasi fight I was just bored. He doesn't have that kind of power so after a round or two it was just rinse and repeat. Not interesting at all. Weird because I like both those guys. But that match up just wasn't exciting at all. Phone Post 3.0

My best guess at 'true' odds:

Machida via decision 1-1
Weidman via decision 8.25-5
Weidman via stoppage 7-1
Machida via stoppage 12-1

Odds based on how I see Machida's plan (1st post)

I wish I could get Weidman by finish for 7:1. I'd take that all day.

Well before the fight the prop bets will be there. I have no clue where they will put that line (it's based on where they put other lines too which is all based on trying to make money for the house in the middle). These were only my thoughts on the 'true' odds (IMO).

I can see this ending up a lot like Machida vs Bader for some reason.

I only bet with Bitcoin at nitrogensports.eu. Using cash with online casinos is such a hassle to get a payout. With Bitcoin it's immediate. No bullshit waiting. But unfortunately Nitrogensports does not offer prop bets yet. But I doubt it would be 7 to 1 anyway.

Agreed I'd guess 4.5- 1 I'd guess.

How much did you pay for your bitcoin BTW (USD)? $442 now. Where do you see it in a year (USD)? 10 years?
