ISawSilva'sBONEr - Can someone explain to me what eating earth grown nutrients has to do with weight loss. I'm confused. Phone Post 3.0
It has absolutely nothing to do with weight loss. The "earth-grown" bullshit is a novelty made for the diet in order for it to make it stand out from other diets. However, it's pure and absolute bullshit. Phone Post 3.0
"Earth grown nutrients" is Dolce's term for eating primarily fresh fruits and vegetables along with lean meats and clean carb sources. He uses that term because traditionally the term "whole foods" has been used for that same thing, but it gets confusing now days with "Whole Foods" stores because they sell a bunch of processed garbage.

Of the Dolce things to call bullshit on, you've picked the least bullshit thing he preaches. Phone Post 3.0

Seriously, that's the one takeaway from Dolce that everyone should be doing.

No, Dolce said it so it HAS to be bullshit. Phone Post 3.0
Okay, so what you're saying is renaming "fresh fruits and vegetables along with lean meats and clean carb sources" as earth grown nutrients and selling them as you're own unique diet isn't bullshit? Lol Phone Post 3.0

what success has he had?

He's so successful, he has a full stable of UFC fighters that he works with and has to turn away new clients. Not sure what you do for a living, but its a pretty safe bet you're not turning away clients nor working at the highest echelons of your trade.

Not to mention...we're all spectators here. The fact that the fighters all speak highly of him and continue coming back to him speaks volumes; moreso than a hundred thousand of these threads. Phone Post 3.0

Love Dolce's stuff. If bro science means he's free to experiment and take a different direction than the peer pressure of universities than more power to him.

Anybody who can make up that banana flaxseed pitbull pancake recipe is both bro and scientist.

Dolce spends the majority of his latest podcast shitting on Twitter critics and using two pretty weird excuses for Hendricks' failure to make weight.

Dolce's passion is one of the main reason I listen to his podcast, but sometimes it serves him poorly. The fact that he and his partner at the end of the podcast states that they're "only joking" doesn't change the fact that the first 15 minutes consisted of really awkward defensiveness.

But you know, Dolce has "laughed at critics on the Internet for decades" and been on "literally thousands of weigh-ins", so he's not bothered.

Dolce is good at what he does, but he apparently does not handle criticism all that well.
