Brock
Randleman
Crazy Horse

All encapsulate freak physical athleticism in an MMA context for me.

Dodson. On tuf with mayhem that guy can move like a monkey. Incredible. Brock and Randleman. I think Kevin's probably the biggest example of a freak athlete. Could genuinely take a double leg shot from halfway across the ring Phone Post 3.0

R1WARRIOR - I don't see it that way. GSP and Diaz are good because they train very hard, they are amazing athlete because they train, they have discipline and dedictation.

BJ, Jones and Fedor are not good because they train 10 hours a day 365 days a year, ( they don't need to) but because they are naturaly gift, they are natural fighter, born with alien skills, just like Anderson Silva. Phone Post 3.0
LOL AT BJ TRAINING 10 HOURS A DAY. MORE LIKE 10 HOURS A WEEK Phone Post 3.0
That's what i was saying. Phone Post 3.0

Mark Schultz. He started wrestling in 11th grade, was a CA state champion in 12th grade, then went on to become a 3x NCAA champ in wrestling and 3x world champ in wrestling.

Yoel Romero probably. Dude is like 37 and still a legit beast, won olympic medals, fast and strong as hell, etc.

SexiestManAlive - Um.... Brock Lesnar

Most obvious answer Phone Post 3.0

That's a good one! How could I forget Brock?

Especially this is about freak athletes not best fighters

Lesnar for his size, strength (look at his WWE career) , speed, agility there is no other imo Phone Post 3.0

Vitor
Randleman
Kid
BJ
GSP
Jones
Aldo
Barao

Current guys like Lombard and Woodley

Jones is still able to do shit we hadn't seen in terms of grappling as well which can actually be harder for taller guys. The way he shot in on a wrestler of baders caliber who is is shorter, the throws, spinning shit, that involves more than reach, some people still cannot separate the hate from skill observation

TheChinInspector - I wouldnt call Jon Jones a "freak athlete"

He doesnt have big power. He's not fast etc. He's actually kind of akward and goofy.

Its Jones' body type that allows him to what he does. His freakish reach

I see it like this:

GSP=freak athlete

Jones = immense size and reach

Lol.

Wreslter comes into MMA knowing nothing but wrestling and tosses around every good wrestler he faces like they were ragdolls. Learns striking to the point of being known primarily as a striker and starts submitting people like Lyoto Machida and Rampage when he isn't ragdolling them or kicking them in the face. And he did this in about 2-3 years.

Yeah, it's all his reach.......

I hope your other 3 posts are better than that...
