Gonzaga Vs. Mirko Crocop - huge upset, was just devastating in so many ways.

StelioKontos - michael chiesa tapping at 1 second vs jorge masvidal

Not really an upset, Masvidal was favoured by most going into that fight.

Serra/gsp was a pretty big upset.
Cro Cop getting Cro Copd was up there.

But this fight was different, TJ didn't just get a good shot in, he dominated every aspect of the fight. Phone Post 3.0

For me it's still Fedor/Hendo. I knew Hendo had the Hbomb, but Fedor had never been KO'd. Not even with Bigfoot on top of him dropping hammerfists. Phone Post 3.0

TJ vs Barao has gotta be the biggest upset simply because of how amazing he looked over the five rounds and how dominant he was over one of the best P4P in the world.
Anyone can win via lucky punch or fluke but what TJ did was insane. Phone Post 3.0

I'll throw in a couple older ones. Maurice Smith beating Coleman and one of my favorites for a long time Ian Freeman destroying Frank Mir. I like Mir ok now, but he seemed a lot cockier back then, plus I think Ian's dad had just died a few days before. Actually, I don't think anyone would have beaten Freeman that night. Phone Post 3.0

Personally, Dillashaw Barao wasn't that big of a deal to me. I mean, I thought Barao was going to win, yes, and I was veritably surprised when TJ finished him. But it just wasn't grand enough, I may sound like a prick but I wasn't that shaken from this "upset".
Whereas Cro Cop vs Gonzaga, Serra vs GSP, those blew people's fucking minds and they were much more dynamic and devastating

How was JDS/Werdum an upset? Phone Post 3.0
At the time JDS was relatively unknown and although it was a spectacular knockout many saw it as more of a sign that Werdum was done rather than JDS being a worldbeater. Phone Post 3.0

Joe mentioned this last night. Tyson v Douglas. Hasim Rachman (spelling) v Lennox Lewis was also a big upset.

In six years of watching MMA last night was the biggest shock I have seen. Phone Post 3.0
