My wife and I recently combined our health benefits in order to save some money. For combined benefits, $132 will come out of her check (pre-tax). I was going to give her my half, but I can't just give her $132/2 since I will be paying her with post-tax dollars.

What would I have to give her as "my share" if I pay in post-tax dollars?

($132/2) * (1 - your tax rate)
