Just cooked up a batch at home. The best and most guilt free pancake you can eat. Take two eggs, one banana and mash it into a bowl until its as smooth as you can get (there will be banana chunk).

You can also add a scoop of protein to the batch as well. If you're cooking for 2-3 people double the ingredients.

Way good, and you wont need syrup. Phone Post 3.0

I saw this on Facebook last year and started making them, they come out looking more like crapes but they are good. I put a little yogurt and some berries on top.

I fricking love these. So easy to make. Make sure you use a good pan though, greased with coconut oil is best, and cook on a low heat so they don't stick. Phone Post 3.0

Instructions:

Mash the bananas, add the egg and mix well.

Stir in the almond butter, adding more than a tablespoon if you want a more pancake-like texture.

Warm butter in a pan and pour batter into small cakes.
