It's a bit awkward now that Conor is the Champ.

You don't get to pick and choose who is the Champ as a promotion or anything, but the fans know who the true Champ is and that's how it goes for the most part.

Similar thing is going on now with Ben Askren until he is beaten, everyone else is sort of fighting for second place until GSP comes back or the UFC signs Askren.

Jose Aldo hasn't fought since the Korean Zombie was eating his best shots and looking to break him before his body fell apart. The Lamas fight wasn't a fight, not the type of fight Conor will give him.

So Dustin Pourier lurches forward begrudgingly to his execution and to be fair it shouldn't be that painful considering how swift McGregor's strikes are. Cole Miller was the guy to beat Conor, he really was, but now that Conor is the Champion he will have to work his way up for a title shot in the future.

Jose Aldo is being sold as what Conor McGregor is, a violent finisher with Glory level striking. It's not 2009 anymore. Aldo dances enough to avoid being finished, but loses a 50-45 UD.

The division between Bang and Urijah is going to get in the way of a proper gameplan and camp for Mendes, he might beat Aldo, but he will get bingo'd against a class A striker like Conor. Envision Nate Marquardt vs. Tyron Woodley to visualize how McGregor will finish Mendes.

Looking forward to his first title defense mate.

You can see Pourier right now, doubling over from exhaustion uncharacteristically in the first 2 minutes of the fight.

It's the same way Anderson's opponents looked before they crumbled.

Here's McGregor vs. Joe Duffy. Has to be said, Joe Duffy is also a great fighter. 10-1 MMA (was en route to being 11-0 but broke his hand fighting for the CWFC title and got tapped in the 4th), and 7-0 pro boxing.

He's just returning to MMA next month, he'll be in the UFC I'm sure.

Sitenkov vs McGregor vist www.valetudo.lt by alfredas

Here's McGregor vs. Sitenkov. Siteknov was always known as a very dangerous leglock specialist in Europe and Conor was very green at the time (wearing boxing shorts there too).

A lot of time has passed since these fights, he looks way more evolved with every outing, never mind 4-5 years.
