I am wanting to start training in the mornings ( I normally train in the evenings) in addition to my evening training. The problem is, I wake up slowly, and always seem very thirsty upon awakening. The morning workout doesnt have to be conditioning, I acutally think a skill workout would be more appropriate. You've given me great advice in the past, any ideas here? Thx for your time!

Jimmy, Training in the morning, you begin to condition yourself to awaking more rapidly. Mental acuity engages more quickly over time. Try training immediately while sipping 2 - 3 swigs of H2O during each rest period. Avoid over-drinking water, which flushes energy away. Fraternal, Scott
