BigD- I just don't eat it when I am cutting drastic weight. I eat it all the time when I am not cutting. If I could just get a set $ amount I would come but the guy wanted me to fight for peanuts and then count on the people for the seminar. I know people would come and ym seminars are not all NHB. I would actually say they are 50% NHB, 50% sub wrestling. I have had the biggest turnout in the Liverpool having 40 students show when guys like Mino, Royce and a few others get 15.

Sorrry Westside what i meant was people in australia would only know you from NHB, not sub wrestling. Hardcore fans have seen some of your subwrestling but generally speaking its through NHB they would know your name.

I've actually gone up in weight but i have tripled my water consumption. When i weigh myself in the morning after one pee though i am about 67 kgs. I feel a little bloated than normal after drinking so much water (about 1.5 gallons.) but i am definately more cut than i was last week.

weigh ins are 24 hours before (thursday night) fight is on friday night. My weight is 147 lbs and i need to be 137.5 lbs. My weight hasnt gone down drazstically with the increased cardio and reduced calories but i have as i said, tripled my water intake, so that probably has something to do with it (1.5 gallons/6 litres a day) before i was drinking about 2 litres max.

SO you have 10 pounds in 5 days. That is perfect. Continue doing what you are doing and you will be about 7 over the night before weigh-ins. I will help you beginning 24 hours before and please don't stop drinking water until exactly 24 hours before. Drink as much as you can up until the cut off point.

thanx bro. Just out of interest, i was advised to start losing say 4 kgs of water a day and replace 2-3 litres of it. That way i'd lose about a kg of water a day. Sounds good in theory but its not advise from a combat athlete. Have you heard of that? Thanx again man!!! Will stick to it and post on wednesday night.

You probably already are with the amount you should be pissing out. Keep drinking at least 1.5-2 gallons a day until 24 hours before the weigh-ins. Don't stress about the weight man you will be fine. Put your trust in me for this one and I will take care of it. Try and go to the store and find Albolene in the womens make-up department. Look at like Thrifty, Rite Aid, or Save-Ons. Lemmi know how it goes.

I think this is the most interesting thread I've ever read, honestly. I've never really known how to get the most out of cutting weight (what range I should be in x amount of days before the fight). So Chris, about 7-8 pounds within your target weight is pretty much the place to be at 24 hrs. before weigh in? It's great of you to be answering questions like this Chris, thanks a lot.

I had to go and look up Albolene. I'm dying to know what a "moisturizing cleanser" does to help cut weight, and even more important, how did a pro fighter learn it's benefits.

It opens the pours up on your skin so that your body starts losing water at a fairly high rate of speed. You rub it all over your body (especially in your arm pits, you neck, and you ass crack). These are the places that heat up most. After you put it on you will put plastics on and it is just a matter of time. Please don't do this until I take you through it step by step.

no problem i used plastics once or twice in the last few days just to get used to what it feels like so i dont freak, but i replaced everything i took out and more. They are fun lol, when u sit down the sweat pools a little too much near your privates, basically dorwning them.

Westside, one Q. Is it ok that i sit around 69kg's (150 lbs, before my second training session in the arvo/night) after guzzlign water and eating resting etc? That worries me, but when i weigh in the morning i am waaay lighter.
