sonnon my goals are more energy, better flexibility,pain free healthy joints and better health.The sports I do are tae kwon do,mountain bikeing and mountain climbing.

While you wait for Scott to get back to you...I'll throw in my two cents. Warrior Wellness is a great starting point. Once you play with it for a while you will benifit from greatly from Scott's other work, like maximology. Shawn www.agatsu.com
