Yeah, your site's been down lately. Whats up with that? Your forum is one of the most entertaining ones that I go to. I looked and I think I'm in 4th place for the most posts. It sounds like training has been tough. Hope things pick up for you. Keep us updated on your progress.

It was a good fight and I think Matt either took him lightly, or was over being champ. He didn't seem to in to the fight. Nothing from BJ though because he is also great.

It must be cold up there at night, it has been in the 40's here. How many hours a day are you training? Can you break it down... cardio/kickboxing/jiu-jitsu? What's going on with the forum on your site?? It's been down for a while. Once again best of luck with your training.

Monday- Wednesday- Friday 9:00am-10:00am The MOUNTAIN. 4:00-6:00pm Fight training. Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Rolling Mixing it in to round and mixing it up a lot. Plyos and abs like crazy everyday. Resting a lot in the middle of the day. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 9:00am cardio and weights but weights stopped already 4:00pm-6:00pm Fight Training Thai Pads or mits, Wrestling and rolling live (light strikes). Thai pads with someone shooting on me in between each combo, Plyos, and Abs. All this at 8,400 altitude and I am really dying at the end. I fell like I am getting in great shape but 180 is a big class.

Thai pads with someone shooting on you inbetween combos is a cool idea. Question do you have the person holding the pads shoot or do you have a second person shoot. Its a great idea but the first time Ive heard anyone do it. Combo..Sprawl...Combo..etc.at 8400!!!! Thats got to be murder.

Things are well and I am breathing fine now. Today I did a 5 minute warm up of mitts and then a hard 12 of Thai Pads with a 3rd person shooting in between combos, and then 5 of Greco and continuing on the mat, and then another 5 of mitts, and then a 5 on the bag. After that I did Plyos and Abs. I was tired but not until about the last 5 of mitts. I will breathe like a champ when I get to Japan if all goes well.
