Six Deuce Gear

I graduated in Dec. of 2000 with my BFA Visual Studies. I didn't want to do the whole gallery show/sell on commission thing, because I have bills to pay. I'm currently working as a graphic designer at a sign shop. Anybody got any ideas as to what direction I should head?

Please let me know where the moola is. Ive been a pro graphic designer for about 6 years and the pay sucks. Could be the midwest - plenty o' art grads, not very many good jobs.
