I don't consider myself an academic by any means but anyway. Just for reference, what are the people of the academicground's backgrounds and qualifications. Me; Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1st Class Honours) Queensland University of Technology. Graduated last year.

BA(Hon) psych. M.Ed (educ psych). I'm not an academic in the sense that that's not my role at this time--I'm chartering in a private practice--but in many ways I'm an academic creature.

B.A.(Law major, with German and Political Science minor); LL.B (Bachelor of Laws - a J.D. in America?); LL.M (Master of Laws - International Business Law); pretty fluent in 4 languages. Now an ESL teacher and wanna become a pro fighter. Do not see myself as an academic at all. The degrees just mean I learnt how to read and write a LOT.
