Royce, In your book Superfit do you show exercises that require a gym membership? Or is it mostly bodyweight stuff?

Royce, I have your book Superfit and think its just awesome! Most fitness books for MA don't concentrate on juijitsu fitness and extreme endurance like this one does! I have a question: You mention you go for 90 min Bike rides for part of your training. Is this supposed to be done along with the beginner, intermediate and advanced cycles, or is this done only in between cycles during your 2 week active rest periods? Thanks!

Bump the topic every now and then & you'll most likely get a response eventually. Royce isn't here too often, but when he is he tends to answer as much as he can.

Sorry have not been here in a while, the bike rides I do in between, when I am not training for a fight, I stay in shape, so I run 3 times a week and ride bikes, if am training for a fight, then I do what my trainer James the guy I did the book with tells me to. So I would ride a bike if he thinks it will not be too much hope this answers your question.
