Yeah Maya - if you get the program 'Deep Exploration' you can import just about any other 3D file. What types of files are you wondering about?

Well I can model with Solidworks well. So something it could output. Its native formats are .sldprt (parts) and .sldasm (assemblies). But it can export the following in the parts category. http://attikai.com/solidworks-export.jpg I just got Maya but I haven't installed it yet. I'm so fucking busy right now.

I just checked and Deep Exploration works with .wml files so yeah, they should be cross compatible.
