YOu guys do realize they fought before right? YOu do know how that ended right? Why do people think the next fight will be different. Has Nog improved that much or has Fedor gotten worse. I am confused.

The first time they fought, Nog had lent his aura to someone. He has it back now.

Fedor is one of the few guys who still has the aura of invincibility.

LOL @ Sergi being more skilled then Fedor. They use to train together. Not only that, but Mino hasn't once had Fedor in trouble, and Sergi was in a trouble a few times.

Nog DID have fedor in trouble... if im not mistaken there were 2 rounds where the round ended with nog in mount after guard sweeps, he can effectively grapple against fedor... if he would have gotten the sweep 45 seconds earlier, you guys might just be nut-hugging nog still and fedor would be the underdog...

"Why do people think the next fight will be different." I don't know. Guy vs Tito I & II; Frye vs Goodridge I, II, & III; Nogueira vs Herring I & II, vs Henderson I & II; etc, etc. Fedor's the best, but Nog can beat him. Sergei's not as good as Fedor, though, especially not at grappling. I do think he's a sharper boxer.

I really dont see Mino KOing Fedor. Catch him in a sub yes, but unlikely. I dont think Fedor can sub a great BJJ artist like Mino, so Fedor by KO or Mino by dec.

Fedor has a significantly better chance of winning, but Nog has a better shot at finishing.

Noguiera can be knocked out just like everyone else can. It's all about hitting the right spot and getting the right angle. If Fedor hit him in the the tip of the chin and turned his head sideways, he'd go out just like anyone else will. Nog is just good at keeping his chin tucked...AND he has an inate ability to take shots. As for a re-match, I think Fedor will win again, but it think it was clear in the 2nd fight that Mino is VERY game and still capable of winning. The only thing is, have we seen anyone even get close to subbing Fedor yet? I can't recall anything in any of his fights and I don't think Mino can really bang with him either.

SouthpawNHB- He said Nog has an innate ability to take shots. Not Fedor.

Fedor will win another decision if Nog can't outstrike him convincingly and have some really close sub attempts b/c Mino will be more active on the ground and control Fedor alot better than the first fight but he will also take some huge shots that will definatly sway the judges opinion. Fedor will also get some takedowns and land shots on the feet.

How about we just admit that no matter who wins the rematch, that both are probably the two best fighters in the world right now.

how was fedor winning that fight? it was even, or nog was winning... nog was trying to finish the fight, constantly going for submissions... fedor landed very few punches... thoughts???
