hi there chris,im a member of roger brookings uk master team academy,and he has a tourney on the 31st october which im competing in,problem is i need to get from 97-98kg to just under 90kg,i really need your help as im really poor at the whole weight loss technique side of things, thanks chris

big... 98kg * 2.2 = 215.6lbs Wants to get to 90kg * 2.2 = 198lbs

I believe that this year the weigh ins are before you step onto the mat, this may well alter the advice you give.

If it helps I did exactly was Chris has on his website and mentions here on the weight loss problem and I went from 241 to 224 in 36 hours. I couldn't walk up stairs without cramping up, I wouldnt suggest it if you have to fight right away, but my fight was 6 hours later I was ok.
