Roy, I remeber you posting a while back about a form of posture for when someone has your back with hooks in that you pretty much invented. I remember one of your arms goes over your forehead, but I can't remember what you do with the other arm? Does this form of posture I'm referring to stop not only rear naked chokes but collar ones as well? I was hoping you could give a quick refresher on your posture/thoughts regarding the back. Thanks in advance.

The other hand can be used to remove one of their feet, push on their knee, remove or tie up one of their arms or any other required task. This posture can temporarily stop most attacks against the neck. Roy Harris
