I've started to do the grappling circuit in the TQ manual. It's damn tough if you push yourself. I was wondering what weight guys like Randy use during that circuit? I've heard there are some freakishly strong guys at quest, would be interested to hear this! C

I asked this very same question about a year ago and if I remember correctly, the e-mail said Randy did 135lbs with one minute rest between 5 sets because it simulated 5 round fight with the one minute rest in between rounds...  or something like that

yeah i believe i've seen horwich doing that with a 45 on each side.

How can I aquire this training manuel or circuit.I weigh 165 and have a deadlift of 405.Now I need a different training regiment to prepare for MMA.
