Jason "Twister" Culbreth: http://www.4kickbox.com/ if you're gonna be in Raleigh proper. A little north of Raleigh, out towards Wake Forest, are "the twins", Rob and Guy Pendergrass: http://www.bjjnc.com Over in Durham is Danny Daniels, a Frank Shamrock affiliate: http://www.eastcoastsubmissions.com/ There's also the aforementioned Team ROC (which I think Jason is affiliated with in some way as well, but the "main" Team ROC facility is over closer to Chapel Hill). Also, there are several wrestling clubs in the area. There's a list of some here: http://www.wakecountywrestling.org/wrestlingclubs.htm Not on that list, but a good one, is the Cardiac Kids Wrestling Club in Chapel Hill: http://home.nc.rr.com/cardiackids/ And there's at least one Judo place, a boxing gym or two, and a wide variety of TMA's / McDojo's, scattered about the Triangle.

Yeah, I tried to post something yesterday on this thread but it's not showing. Anyway, try the www.4kickbox.com. The site is terrible but don't judge by the site. The school has a big cardio kickboxing program so that's why the site looks the way it does. Anyway, come check it out. Billy Dowey and Jason Culbreth teach on Tues and Thursday at 7:30 and both have competed in BJJ extensively and have MMA fights too.

Billy Dowey is insane though. :-) If any of you guys train with him, tell him that "Wild Boar" says hi.

I think Billy also does some training at Raleigh Institue of Martial Arts (RIMA). Billy is one of the best contacts to get more information too.
