Ampeg V-2 and an original Tube Screamer was my set up in high school.

Also wish I still had my early 70s silver face Fender Champ for low volume situations.

My first guitar - a '77 Tele Custom, sunburst with rosewood fretboard.  It was stolen from me.  I bought it for $200 in the Eighties.

That sucks. That probably was a mighty fine guitar. You won't be able to buy a guitar like that for 200 bucks again any time soon.

A friend in high school gave me his Fender Concert amp. This was back in '92, so I have no idea how old the amp was, but it was a sweet tube amp, and entirely too large and too loud for where I was living after that, so I traded it in for a Kay hollowbody from like 1950 or '60 or something.

I love the guitar, and it has served me well, but if I had the room for it, it would be great to have that amp again, especially to play with the Kay...

Years ago I traded a custom for a 81 Les Paul Standard signed by SRV! Tried to sell it a few years later...turns out it was stolen. The cops took it away and I got nothing, but I'm happy the guy got it back!
