Why don't fish get electrocuted when lightning hits the water but people and other animals do?

This is boggling my mind.

We get some wicked ass storms in FL.  And I live near the water and I see lightning hit the water all the time.  But I never see fish or dolphins or anything brush up on shore from the shock.  They are immune and I must know why.

CSG, you might be on to something but when I eat fish, it never seems rubbery or plasticy.

Maybe the fish sense the danger and lurk at the bottom during the storm.
