Yep.......quite a lot of goodies inside. Toyota/lexus has been planning hybrids for the entire product line except for things that would make product line redundancy. I've driven and seen a few that "don't yet exist".

My neighbor told me he gets 70MPG in his Prius. He is a fairly intelligent guy and doesn't seem to be a greaser. I think he only drives around town where the car uses mostly electric so he might be correct.

GM will launch a mild hybrid pickup next year LOL. If it's going to cost more, nobody's gonna buy that shit.

"LOL. If it's going to cost more, nobody's gonna buy that shit." People line up to buy a Prius at $35k. Why not a truck? Mark

Because it's a mild hybrid. Pruis is a full hybrid. mild hybrids increase gas mileage to around 10%. Full hybrids at least 25% and up to 66%. GM has been throwing mad cash back at the consumers to get their truck off the dealer's floor and I do not think they'll be doing it for their mild hybrids.

Guys can get 80-100 MPG in certain types of driving. These guys are driving really crazy though like tailgating semis and timimg stop light by waiting on hills. Not real world driving but the point is these cars have the potential to get much better MPG if you try hard enough.

The current MPG champ says he can get 47 MPG on a regular Accord and he got well over 100MPG in an Insight for the MPG rally. This included freeways and various roads.
