Week 2 of the NFL concludes tonight with a rare MNF 'doubleheader'. Washington at Dallas is the regularly scheduled game and the Saints playing a 'home' game at the Meadowlands versus the Giants, is the other. Through Sunday's games, five teams are 2-0 and seven are 0-2. Of the five 2-0 records, three belong to non-playoff teams from last year.

The Bengals (who own the NFL's longest current playoff drought at 14 seasons), the Chiefs and the Bucs. Of the seven 0-2 records, three belong to 2004 playoff teams Green Bay, Minnesota and San Diego.

Green Bay's Favre has thrown three TDs and four interceptions with a QB rating of 76.1 after throwing 30 TDs against 17 interceptions in '04 with a QB rating of 92.4. Minnesota's Culpepper, after a '04 season in which he threw 39 TDs and just 11 interceptions with a QB rating of 110.9, has zero TD passes, eight interceptions and a QB rating of 41.6! San Diego's Drew Brees surprised everyone in 2004, completing 65.5 percent of his passes with a QB rating of 104.8, but his hitting on just 51.4 percent of his passes through two weeks with a QB rating of 65.1.

I like Saints +4 and Under 44.
