Miletich Fighting System >> sholder injury crept up on me

I think it started when I was painting the gym cieling. Ice doesn't relieve any pain... I feel like it's soft tissue and not bone... should I be trying to keep it moving or keep it imobile? The motion of a "fly" (like bench press fly) hurts but so does pressing it across my torso or neck.... it's not gett'n better or worse after 2 weeks.. on a scale of 1-10 the pain is a 3 or 4. I've been training super light. have anyone of you guys had this kind of injury before?
