Thanks for the reply I found a report on the fight shame it turned out the way it did Greg must have been stoked to be on that card though. Seems like it wasn't televised either :(

Escobedo who Oscar de La Hoya describes as a future "Golden Boy", improves to 7-0 (7), and seemed to have stunned Piper with the very first punch he landed, dropping Piper once in the first round. Heart seemed be the only thing that kept Piper standing for so long, as he was dropped twice in only first minute of the second round. Looks like he didn't want them to stop it...
