So... are you going to open up your own school in Gilbert soon or what? I hope so. I think you and that purple belt you got are awesome instructors and I'm hoping you guys get something going out there. Too hard driving to the west side w/traffic, work and family commitments to train. Don't really want to join Mountain Side either. Got a gym already that the family is happy with and they out voted me. In the mean time, I'll keep wishing you open your own place. At a reasonable $$$. Thx

He is really a nice guy and a great teacher. Wish he had the inclination to open his own place.

I'm alive. You don't have to join Mountainside. Drop ins are $10. Coming twice a week that's $80/month which is better than most schools. I've got a good thing going at Mountainside. I get paid to teach only, no overhead, no collecting dues, and no other headaches associated with running my own place. Come on in to train T-TH 6:30 pm for GI and Sat 1:30 pm for no gi. I have myself and a brown and purple belt that teach.

We're under Rigan. I can promote up to brown belt. It's a great situation.

GAME-DOG, I used to train with Greg (before I got fat and lazy) and I've known the man since he was a blue belt. Greg is the best teacher I've personally met karate or jiu-jitsu IMO, and I've dabbled in martial arts since I was 6 years old. Also, Jim McEnaney is one of Greg's brown belts and my best friend - trust me those guys can teach you a ton! Totally worth every penny. Everyone I've met at Greg's school is totally cool, and every time I've gone in on a saturdays for no gi, the class always run long if that tells you anything. Sean
