Which wrestling dvd instructionals do you think are the best on the market for MMA and submission wrestling? Can you let me know how and the reason why you like those?

The Clinch and takedowns off a tie-up for MMA. I just care about wrestling from the feet. I don't want anything to do with the ground. I am a brown belt in BJJ ,so my ground game is fine.. thanks for the reply bro.

Clinchin 2 + Adam's Double Leg DVD from the SBG 2004 Spring Camp set!

Those DVD's together will form a pretty good foundation that you can work from!
