What's the best goal you have seen when you were actually at the match? Here is mine. (Predictably) Alan Shearer vs Everton. We were 1-0 down and this happened in the 88th minute. We went on to win 2-1. I swear the ball went so fast that it was not visible to the naked eye for a second (or maybe that was the alcohol in my system).

Damn...none of the goals I've seen live come anywhere near that one.

I was at that game too, I actually thought Robert's 2nd goal was better.

Best Newcastle goal ever has to be Ginolas...where he flicks it up (from a corner I think?) over a defender and volleys top corner...

Govnor I was at that game too. It was against Ferencvaros in the UEFA cup. It was a bloody good goal. I used to have it saved on my pc.

Philipe Albert's chip against Man Utd. Absolutely fantastic, Schmeichel knew he was done as soon as it left Alberts foot!!

Plus it made up for the game in the mid-ish 90's (95/96/97 ish) when you were good and we were sh1t - we were hanging on for a 0-0 (like we often did in those days) and Peter Beardsley scored past Vince Bartram from about 35 yards in injury time..... GF

Beardsley was a genius. You seen him play in the Masters on SKY? He is still fucking brilliant!

For a semi retarded human, Beardsley is indeed a genius.
