Need your help: I'm interested in getting a round-shaped heavy bag for practicing uppercuts, knees, etc. I saw them being used on Ultimate Fighter and they look like they'd be real good. Problem is I can't judge the size: Ringside has two: the "headshot bag" that's 18 inches long and the body snatcher bag that is around 24 inches long. Any advice/experience as to which bag most lends itself to uppercuts and knees? Any guess as to which one that is shown on Ultimate Fighter? Thanks. bjones

bjonesII The head shot and the bodysnatcher are same with the exception of weight, price and the fact that the body snatcher is soft filled. Both bags are great for working elbows, knees, straight punches, hooks and even uppercuts depending on how high or low you hange the bag. Recommend you go with the cheaper bag and adjust it depending on your work out needs.
