I train at Tai Kai. The website is not working. The school is in Liverpool, about 5 minutes outside Syracuse. It's a good group of guys; Ken is a great instructor. The schedule is: Monday 6-7pm fundamentals (gi), 7-8pm open mat, 8-9pm mma; Tuesday and Thurs 6:45-7:45pm gi, 7:45-9:00 open mat; Wed. 6-7pm fundamentals (gi), 7-8pm open mat, 8-9pm boxing; Friday 6-7pm open mat; Sat. 11am-12pm no gi class, 12-1pm open mat; Sunday 1-2pm open mat. Let me know if you need directions. This is the only legitimate jiu jitsu school in Syracuse; Ken has had Marcello Garcia here twice to do seminars. We are now affiliated with Balance Studios in Philadelphia. www.balancestudios.net. You can shoot Ken an email at kakronen2@yahoo.com
