Can someone recomend how far out from a fight date should you start intensive training? Also, can someone who has experience getting ready for a fight please post their training regemin? Such as running, weights, bjj, boxing etc.... when & how much??

practice all your aspects of ighting as much as you can, learn alot about your opposition and train to avoid the things he's good at(say take-downs) and train to improve the things your good and bad at.. like your back..when you practice grappling act like youve given up your back, try to escape while your partner tries to submit you

true. when im grappling with a partner. i always just dont go for the submission. ill put myself in a hard situation as in giving up my back, and try different things to get out of it. you learn new things and techniques also.
