From the fights I have seen of joey, the guy is truly a monster. I truly believe Joey should be able to beat Chonan quite easily. However, if he did arrive late and overweight, then that is a point of concern. Everyone knows about the whole thing of getting accustomed to the jet lag and stuff.

son of a bitch... it's been my experience when I bet against joey's "biggest bet of the night" (or year in the case of dlh vs hopkins), you go home without your ski cap but instead a deposit slip...

I just watched the Lombard fight, and can't figure out what Gono did to get a decision.

Last night was  a decent night for me playing, but I would have given back all my profit  to see my buddy pull that bout out in the closing seconds or Rd 2. I was prayin.   He missed alot of huge shots in RD 1 that definitely wore on him. I know he trained his ass off for this GP and it had to be a letdown for him.  You can bet he'll be back though.  Just like Randy Couture, he always performs his best when he is considered an underdog. You know there's better matchups now OUTside of that GP tourney , considering some of the guys that were eliminated.

I agree 100% with Oddessa about the better matchups being out of the tournament.... I would love to see Baroni and Bustamante go at it.. It would be about time for it. I think the better fights for Baroni are in the states though. A Baroni/Shamrock fight would be huge and there alot of winnable fights left for him in the UFC with all of these overrated TUF fighters.

man Rua got wasted. that was brutal. Kang was wearing Cytosport shorts which means he's all up into Muscle Milk. as you can see, that stuff gives you terrible roid rages. hopefully I can make up for my rua pick with bsouth over irvin. I have $450 on bobby -119, which for me is a lot of bank. IMO, Irvin is too awful on the ground to compete in this one.
