If you go less than 12 credits can you get out of paying out of state tuition? I'm moving to Ohio and they RAPE you out there on out of state tuition. I mean I only have 25 credits right now, so I have another year to go to community before transfer, and the community college there charges a little over 200 (isn't that a bit steep for a "community" college? I'm only paying 90 right now), and then it get's doubled for non-residents. A bit over $430/credit hour to go to a fucking community college?!?! Someone needs to be castrated. You have to be there a year too before they count you as a resident. Fuck them!!

$400 for two 3 hour community college courses is what I've paid in the past.
