DonnaTroy- How far is the Nova Uniao school from Copacabana? Also, do you train there yourself? Thanks again!

One or two metro stations away from Botafogo, depending on where in Copacabana you are going to stay.

I used to train at Nova União Brasília. I trained there once as a guest.

I assume you no longer train at a Nova Uniao school when you said "I used to train at Nova União Brasília". How was the training at NU Flamengo? Appreciate all your help. Thanks again!

I don't train anymore because my shoulders are severely injuried. The training in Rio is top level, they have the best fighters there, in a friendly environment.

Sorry to hear about your shoulders. Which schools do most of the gringos go to train in Copacabana? Thanks again.
