What's the formula to figure out which bullet will shoot flatter? Do you multiply the muzzle velocity by something? Where can I find the formula. Also, how do you tell a computer to do it. I want to write a program to figure out bullet charts where they display tables full of information about velocity at different distances, kinetic energy at different distances, how much a bullet drops at different distances, etc. Also, I want it to display the bullet's path with a line to allow a visual comparison of the two trajectories. How do I get a computer to do this? Somebody said that all I have to do is get the formula and enter it into the computer. How smart do I have to be about bullets and computers to do this? I'm really interested in shooting and think this would be really neat to do. Have any of you ever done this?
